There is No Code of Ethics that Journalists Have. Journalists Have No "Standards" that Apply and No Licensing Process. Why did Judge Marco Hernandez Claim that there is a Code of Ethics, Standards for Journalism and that Blogger Crystal Cox Was Guilty of Defamation, because I allegedly had no Ethics. There is no Law of Ethics and Standards as a Matter of Law. There is Law that applies to Free Speech and Yet Judge Marco Hernandez denied Blogger Crystal Cox the right to due process By Law !!

Journalism is An Unlicensed Profession. 

Nobody has to go to Journalist School. Yet Judge Marco Hernandez claims that Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox is NOT a Journalist and therefore has no First Amendment Rights, no rights to Retraction Laws, no Rights to Shield Laws.

At around 7:30, this Video discusses that there is no certain, "Standards", no Code of Ethics for Journalists, so where is Judge Marco Hernandez getting his information to discriminate against blogger Crystal Cox. And do I not have any rights, or recourse as to the harm Judge Hernandez has caused to my life?
