Summit 1031 Bankruptcy Trustee, Plaintiff Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group, knew that Stephanie DeYoung had published a blog exposing the details of the Summit Bankruptcy. Yet  Plaintiff Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group still had David S. Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm Sue Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox for alleged Defamation.

Including fighting the Objection to the Fees , as Kevin's Attorney, and also keep in mind that Tonkon Torp Lawyers were named in that Objection to the Fees .

David S. Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm knew full well that Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung had published a blog exposing the details of the Summit Bankruptcy. David  Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm even went so far as to Depose Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung in video and flat out asked about Investigative Blogger Crystal L. Cox. Yet David Aman, on behalf of Serial Plaintiff Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group sued Investigative Blogger Crystal L. Cox to silence the Investigative Reporting by Crystal L. Cox, getting the story of Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung BOLDLY Found in the Search Engines.

Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group discussed Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung in this Kevin Padrick Declaration in regard to a Legal Filing, an Objection to the Fees Summit Bankruptcy Insiders Filed during the time of the Summit Bankruptcy.

Page 3, and into Page 4 of this Kevin Padrick Declaration clearly shows that Kevin Padrick knew that "Ms. Studebaker-DeYoung", Oregon CPA, Summit Insider, Bankruptcy Whistle Blower, had published a blog regarding the alleged corrupt actions in the Summit Bankruptcy. Says right there on pace 3, that "Ms. Studebaker-DeYoung" posted false and defamatory information about this proceeding and the professionals involved". Yet years later Kevin Padrick SUED the Investigative Blogger Reporting on the Story.

Why? Because Kevin Padrick knew the information was true and from a Reliable Source, and Kevin Padrick could not sue the source for some reason, so Serial Plaintiff Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group got David S. Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm to Sue Blogger Crystal Cox in attempt to force her, me, into silence.

I have every right to sue Serial Plaintiff Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group. He has lied under oath, he has lied about me, defamed me and set a lynch mob against me.  Attorney Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group had no lawful, ethical reason to sue me.   Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group thought he could Bully a Blogger into Silence. After  Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group had threatened, sued, attempted to get criminal charges against Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung .

Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group is not the Good Guy in Obsidian V. Cox. Crystal L. Cox did NOT Extort Kevin D. Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group in any way. Crystal L.
